General Terms of Conditions
The terms of the contract are valid between HomeStyle OÜ (from now on Seller) and the Customer (from now on Client) in the internet store with the address www.homestyle.ee.
Purchase-sale contract for goods shall be concluded after the order by Client and after order confirmation by Seller.
Shopping guide and payment
The prices of products sold in the HomeStyle.ee webstore are listed in euros, excluding postage, and including 20% value added tax.
All the products are available in stock. If the goods are not available to order, it would be noted accordingly. If there would be lack of stock or calculated error, we would offer to the Client new equivalent product or we are paying back the money no later than 3 working days.
Before adding the product to the basket, please review properly the characteristics of the product, e.g. measurements, colour, weight, quantity and so on. To begin with the order formalization please push the button “Checkout“. It is possible to buy as a guest or with registration as a client. Why register as a client?
On the check-out page please check that there is a correct address inserted. After you can choose a shipping method and a payment method. At the moment there are the following payment options:
- SEB bank
If the saving account of the Client is not in Swedbank or in SEB bank, it would be possible to choose the general bank transfer as a payment option.
After order confirmation the Client will receive an order confirmation to her/his e-mail address. If the order confirmation has not been received by the Client at his or her e-mail address after the order transmission in a couple of hours, please inform HomeStyle webstore customer support.
When paying with bank transfer, it is needed to make payment, according to your order confirmation, to the HomeStyle Ltd. bank account. The payment deadline is 3 (three) days. If the payment has not been received by the deadline, the Seller has the right to transfer these products back to the webstore.
Before payment you have to check the accuracy of all data and add the order number to the explanation. The goods will be sent only in case the 100% payment has been done. The bill will be generated after the payment has been received and the Client will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of payment receipt. In this e-mail you can find the instructions for the invoice downloads. The goods will be delivered during 1-3 days after the payment receipt.
Product return and exchange
If the goods are unsuitable or do not meet the expectations of the Client, he or she has the right to return the goods within 14 working days as of the receipt of the goods.
You have to submit an application for the return of the product to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, including the following info: returned product, order number and bank account where to return the money. It is needed to send the information during 14 days after receiving the goods by the Client.
Returned items shall be undamaged, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. There have to be all the items that originally belong to the set. Purchasing invoice has to be added with the returned items.
For the returned product the Client will receive the money back to his or her bank account during 14 days, after the goods have arrived back to the Seller.
Returning the item, the Client shall bear the costs of postage (except in the case of the returning item having a defect).
The cost of delivery is not refundable.
If the Client would like to change the product, he or she is paying the cost of delivery.
If the refundable product is damage and that is not caused by HomeStyle.ee and the product has been used improperly, HomeStyle.ee has the right to offset the product value decrease that is paid by the Client and belongs to refundable to Client.
In the event of the appearance of unexpected defects, the Client must, no later than 14 days after the appearance of the defect, send a corresponding notice at the first possible opportunity to the e-mail address email@example.com. In the event of the failure to report a defect appearing during the term without a justified reason, the Client does not have the right to demand from HomeStyle.ee the repair or exchange of the product. The notice being communicated must contain a copy of the invoice, the Client’s name and contact information, the date of submission of the complaint, the claim submitted to HomeStyle.ee and photographs, if possible.
HomeStyle.ee is not responsible for: - the deterioration/damaging of the product due to the fault of the Client; - a defect which has arisen as a result of the irregular use and maintenance of the product; - the natural, physical wearing of the product as a result of its normal use.
Privacy and data protection
HomeStyle Ltd. is selling products that are high quality and belong to well-known European brands that are purchased directly from the agents.
Buying is secure in our website. The privacy and security of the Client are very important for us. We collect and use only this data for order procedures. We do not send Client's data to any other party, except if it is needed for order procedures.
Client has a right to demand the deletion of his or her data from HomeStyle webstore database.
Seller rights and responsibilities
HomeStyle.ee reserves the right to adjust prices. The price in Client's order confirmation is valid and cannot be appealed.
The Seller is not responsible for webstore technical problems and shipping problems that are not caused by Seller.
HomeStyle webstore Terms and Conditions of Use have considered the laws in the Republic of Estonia.
All the differences are discussed in a manner to find the best possible solution for the Client.
